A Great Experience

For this day trip a private guide will give you a unique introduction to the Atlas Mountains and the daily life of the people who live there.

Itinerary!

We will be pick you up from your hotel/riad at 9:30 a.m. and then drive to the south west of Marrakech toward the majestic High Atlas mountains. Our 90-minute drive will include many stops along the way for you to enjoy the marvelous landscapes and take pictures before we reach Imlil. From here, we will walk through traditional villages and the lush valley of the Berber farmlands. We will stop for a delicious lunch prepared in a Berber home with a stunning view towards Mt Toubkal and its sister peaks. You will take many fond memories back with you and be dropped off your hotel at 4:OO p.m.

Saturday and Tuesday trips also include a bonus stop at a weekly farmer's market.

Note 1: The walk can be adjusted to be more or less challenging, it's completely up to you. For those who do not want to walk , the driver will take them in our SUV all the way up to the village for lunch.

Note 2: You can choose to stop at a women's argan oil cooperative on the way to the mountains if you are interested
