El Houssain “Ibri”

Founder & Tour Leader

I was born in the small Berber village of Armoud, in the heart of the Atlas Mountains, surrounded by rugged peaks, winding valleys, and the timeless stories carried on the wind. My father was a tour guide, and from a young age, I watched him welcome travelers from all over the world into our home. I marveled at how a journey could connect people to a land, a culture, and a way of life—and I knew this was the path I wanted to follow. After earning my Tour Guide Diploma from CAFMM Ouarzazate and a Bachelor’s in English from Cadi Ayyad University in 2013, I spent seven years guiding travelers for Morocco’s most prestigious luxury travel brands. From trekking the High Atlas to exploring the vast Sahara and wandering the alleys of ancient medinas, I honed a deep understanding of Morocco’s landscapes, people, and traditions. Every journey taught me that travel is not just about seeing, but about feeling, connecting, and discovering the heart of a place. In 2020, I turned this lifelong passion into reality by founding Atlas Dream. For me, every trip is more than a journey—it is a story, a connection, and a memory that lingers long after the adventure ends. I guide with curiosity, care, and the wisdom of a lifetime spent among mountains, villages, and travelers who have become friends.

Traveling through Italy, France, the Netherlands, and beyond, I realized that horizons are always within reach if you are willing to take the first step toward them. Those experiences shaped my love for discovery, detail, and designing journeys that inspire. With a Master’s in Management from Hassan II University and years of experience in both public contracts and luxury tourism, I bring precision, warmth, and care to every moment of our guests’ travels. Joining Atlas Dream as co-head alongside my husband El Houssain, I help transform dreams into immersive, tailor-made experiences. Together, we unite our Amazigh and Arab heritage to create journeys that feel deeply personal, authentic, seamlessly organized, and unforgettable.
